به منظور بررسی الگوی پراکنش روشنه ها، تنوع زیستی گیاهی و تغییرات خصوصیات فیزیکی، شیمیایی و لایه های آلی خاک روشنه ها در توده های خالص و آمیخته راش 7 قطعه نمونه 25 هکتاری (500*500 متری) در داخل پارسل های 4، 5، 7، 15، 16، 17، 18 سری دو شصت کلاته (جنگل مدیریت نشده) که از نظر موقعیت مکانی یکسان هستند انتخاب شد. پس از شناسایی روشنه ها و آمار برداری صددرصد روشنه ها شکل عمومی آنها پس از ثبت مختصات مکانی با دستگاه GPS در محیط اتوکد ترسیم گردید. نتایج نشان داد خصوصیات خاک در هریک از دو همق در موقعیت های متفاوت تاج پوشش بین توده خالص و آمیخته: اسیدیته خاک، فسفر و پتاسیم قابل جذب معنی دار بود و همچنبن عمق لایه آلی در توده خالص به طور معنی داری در روشنه های تاج پوشش کمتر از تاج پوششبسته بوده و در میان متغییرهای مورد بررسی در لایه آلی هیچ کدام از خصوصیات مورد اندازه گیری از قبیل اسیدیته، کربن آلی، ازت کل، فسفر وپتاسیم قابل جذب در میان موقعیت های مختلف تاج پوشش معنی دار نبود.
